So I purchased a mocha storm clownfish, a yellow clown goby, and a pack of 5 Astrea snails from @LiveAquaria on Monday. Just now, I get the tracking confirmation and it says the due to species availability, they can’t send out part of my order! I’m then thinking ok, I’ll at least get one out of the two fish, but no apparently they’re priority overnighting 5 snails to me with no fish! Both the fish said they were in stock so why now send an email saying they’re out of stock? I checked the order details on the email multiple times and it just says a pack of 5 snails, no yellow clown goby? Is this normal? I just want some clarification I blocked off a lot of things I had to do to get these fish in tomorrow.
