I used to be able to pick up Divers Den orders in person, from the DFS storefront in Rhinelander. I realize the store is closed now, but you really can't figure out a way to let me pay online and pick up?
I am an hour away, but I am told livestock has to be overnight shipped. Its 9° outside!!

I understand the liability of a random walk - in going " behind the scenes", but the front lobby of the office is a little different. That being said, they were on this thread and offered no explanation. In the end it doesn't really matter, I guess. I will take my business elsewhere, and they will continue doing what they're doing.

Thank you for your recent frozen food order. We sincerely apologize that we are no longer able to offer in-person pick-up options for those who live near our Rhinelander Facility. As you know, we do not have a storefront that is open to the public and the services that we used to be able to extend are now limited. We are actively looking into possibilities in the future of establishing a Will-Call option. At this point, we do not have a time-frame to offer. Thank you for your valuable input and your patience is appreciated.
