Well R2R family it seems air saver went out the window. The package that came today was delivered by 10:30 am and it was even delayed for several hours.
i made a huge stink about air saver recently when i got cold fish and they had no heat pack. hopefully my complaints helped someone!

If LA refunded you i don't see a point in posting this. Thats not called a bad experience. Just my humble opinion

Nevertheless it is a visible porgression of decreasing qaulity.if you think it is just about getting money back it is one thing..but if about killing fish or selling bad quality fish it is another

Just received my divers den order with 2 warm heathy fish yesterday morning.

I think this is more a reflection of wholesalers drop in quality. LA never sees your fish, it is drop shiped from a wholesale seller, just like many vendors, both online and LFS do. The difference in retailers is customer service. LA has slipped in that regard butistill feel they offer the best service of all the drop shipped type sellers.

Maybe I am just a bleeding heart, but anytime a living creature arrives dead/I experience their death- that is the epitome of a bad experience. In the year and a half I have had a saltwater tank, I have lost one fish. Granted, i have been lucky. Although the expense can get very high in this hobby, that is not what my good/bad experiences are based on.

LiveAquaria has treated me well. Great customer service. Example: 1) Bought 3 lyrtail anthias. 2) 2 arrived dead and the other one passed a couple days latter. (took pictures) 3) Called Cust.serv. and told them what happened. 4) pics offered but they didn't need them. 5) Sent replacement fish at NO cost to me 6) all survived
But did it not bother you that 3 fish died?

Yes as well as coral that arrive or die right after you receive them. Remember this, even when packed correct, it is also critical that those handling our live purchases handle them correctly too. otherwise livestock can die.
