LiveRock stuffs ID

It's some kind of a worm based on movement. Almost looks like a Medusa. Looks like a bristle worm with what looks like an octopus for a head.
It could be a medusa worm, a bizarre spaghetti worm, or maybe even a cucumber expelling its insides. Beyond that I'm lost
 
I'm not sure those are aiptasia, only because there is a skeletal base.

anemones don't really have skeletal bases
 
After a little reading I think its worth considering that your polyp is possibly a type of zoanthid

I doubt they're zoanthids- you can see some skeletal growth in one of the photos of the cluster of polyps- it certainly is some type of star coral or a close relative, as they are extremely common on live rock.

You have taught me something new. I did not know they presented in this way or that they were common hitchhikers
