Lives rocks turning orange

Tuesday I did a water change and had to add some fresh water from the store to lower salt level. Now I've noticed the live rocks are turning an orange color. What should I do about this and why?

Coralline is all colors of the rainbow, but algae can be as well. How long has the tank been up? What are your parameters?

Diatoms can appear as kind of a rusty orange color sometimes.

I had the water tested Tuesday and they said all was good. Its been up since late May.

Diatoms live off of silicates possibly introduced from freshwater. She you say freshwater please elaborate on what type. You should only use ro/di water with 0 yds. That is probably your problem.
