My new Waterbox 100 has been setup ~4 weeks now
Cycled with live rock from AP Aquatics (cycled for ~2 weeks prior to adding to tank setup) and added 2 o.clowns on 6/12

Think I am safely past the cycle, and my parameters have been fairly consistent over the last month of testing.
Using Salifert and Hana testing kits:
Ammonia: 0.15 - 0.25
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 3-5
Ph: 8 - 8.2
Alkalinnity: 8.7 - 9.1
Calcium: ~450

Curious if it is safe to add 2 Bangaii Cardinals + 1 Orchid Dottyback on this time?
Should I add all at once, or add the Cardindals first and wait a few weeks before adding in the dotty back?

If the PMs are stable and the tank is cycled I would say yes. I would just carefully watch the parameters after you add them.

I have not yet added lights to my tank (was waiting on new Kessil AP9X) - have also read that waiting a few months prior to adding lights is recommended to reduce algae etc

Any issue with keeping + adding fish without any lights on the tank?
There is ambient light in the room

No prob at all. Lighting will make it a lot nicer and then you could jump into corals. The kessil will really bring out the beauty of your tank!
