Tank is being taken down because of another baby and multiple moves in the next year and a half. :D it's been fun and when it's done, I get a BIG tank

At this time, local pickup only in Knoxville, TN.

If you want some liverock too, I'm sure we can make out a deal. Not sure if anyone is interested in the green stylo or bird of paradise up top. I could always use a bone cutter and frag it if you didn't want it on a big rock.

A few people have messaged me about shipping. I’m not opposed to it (besides scared to damage the coral lol) but not sure how anyone can get an economic rate. I see around $100 for a 12x12x12 package at 3 lbs.

Maybe someone who knows more could shed some light on it. What do you use to ship in and where do you get it? Looks like I’d have to go order an insulated foam shipper online?

Would you sell the rock under (to the rt) of your chalice? I'm local.

At the price you’re letting your corals go for any buyer would be willing to pay the shipping [emoji1360]

LOL Thanks, I guess? I think this hobby is expensive for a lot of people and I'm honestly more concerned about the well-being of the animals. All these things are alive and I feel it's our responsibility to care for them all equally, even the snails. I (paid someone) removed them from their natural habitat for my own personal enjoyment.

The fish are going to the LFS I frequent. I would offer to re-home them but I can't catch them... I tried... Unless someone wants to meet me the day of tear down once the rock is gone.

I'm still boggled by this shipping thing. If I ship a 10 x 9 x 11 box overnight say to Wisconsin from Tennessee it says $110.12. Plus these boxes run around 30 bucks a piece on Amazon, PLUS the heat pack & bags/containers I'll have to get. Then there is the headache of worrying that the coral didn't survive and then I'm out the cost of shipping + livestock + feeling bad for both the buyer and myself.

I'd wish someone would drive 150 miles and pay the 12 dollars in gas...

Maybe someone can shed some light on how they've done shipping in the past? I mean if someone wants to pay an extra $150-$200 for shipping...

I will say, I did buy a few items once from a guy in FL. He shipped real small frag plugs (~3/4") in a tiny bags of water and it cost me $50. The box was super small, but so were the frags. A lot of these are large or are on rock, which makes shipping ludicrous to me.

Now I'm just on a tangent...

Blue hammer, acan, and lepto are sold.

Haven't decided on shipping yet guys. I will reach out if I change my mind. Thanks for the PMs.

Interested in some of your stuff esp cially rock flower nem and acros, hammers, torch maybe, I will be through Knoxville Saturday evening

Pm sent

I can send you a insulated box, heat pack, plastic containers and lids to individually pack each piece, get your address, pay for and email you the shipping label. All you have to do is put water a corals in the containers, Open the heat pack, put in box, tape closed and drop off to FedEx. Anyone else willing to do that?

Thanks for all the interest guys. Someone is literally coming over to pick it all up now!
