loaner 175 ballast anyone???

since my planed build is still a long way away from running, does anyone have an extra ballast i can use to test my mh lights with. i still dont think they are as bright as they should be and i dont want to break down and buy the new ballasts just yet. im thinking the capacitors in mine are bad and the lamps arent getting enought power to make them bright. just ordered brand new 14k bulbs and still getting the same problem. they are a little brighter now that i have the probe starts insted of pulse, but still not where they should be.

I too am a few months away from getting set up. I have an Icecap 175 ballast you can borrow. I work in Neenah so maybe I could drop it off this week?

does it have a plug because i dont want to have to wire it in. the new ballasts that i want have the same plug so i dont want to cut any wires.

It is wired to a mogul socket. You will be able to just plug it in and then their will be light!

that might work just to give me a comparison, but i was lookin for a ballats to plug my light into to make sure my fixture works. when do u want to drop it off???
