Lobster salt questions

Hi I'm a meat dept manager at a grocery store and I was gifted two boxes of lobster tank maintenance kits it is for keeping lobsters although we don't have a lobster tank it contains :
1 filter cloth
1 bottle ammonia buster
6 bags of carbon
1 bag of salt
Some cleaning sponges
2 air stones

Is this usable dont see no direction on the salt
Any ideas?

Got 2 of them can I use the salt? Is salt, salt? lol

I know the pathmark by me uses hw marine for their tanks. Is there a lable on the salt?

No label on the salt had an old hydrometer also the glass kinda that float was like basball bat size but was broke so I chunked it no directions really either

My wife is from the island, and when we met we always had to go to pathmark food shopping.

Guess the carbon is ok and the filter material makes a good debris cleaner in my bubble tray guess ill just have to get some real salt was trying to be frugal lol

Can I ask why? I see it makes a lower sg 1.022 this why? Or cause it don't state what other elements/nutrients it has in it?

I have no cleaR idea of the chemistry used and whether is is suitable, but I expect not.

Because we really don't know about the manufacturer of the stuff you have, to know anything about their protocols and quality control etc.

Can I just say... I dont normally buy lobster not a monthly budget thing. But I also wont buy sea food and meat from store that the lobster tanks are nasty, torcher chambers either.
