There is a beautiful green bird wrasse and a really pretty lionfish at the petco in Cookeville. The sale is coming up soon to take 25% off marine fish so I thought you may want or know someone that may want one for there aquariums. I'd just hate to see such pretty fish go to waste.

You can get some great deals at PetCo. That said, a Coral Beauty we got in Hermitage died within a few days. I'm pretty sure it had ick. So definitely quarantine.

I would highly suggest to NOT buy from Petco. 98% of their stores have no idea what they are doing, and have awful setups for them. Seeing big tangs covered in ich sitting in a bed of cyano in a 20 gallon tank etc. You are just asking for trouble buying fish from there.

I personally cannot support that.

I recently bought an ebili angel from them and it did fine for a few weeks then it came down with ick. I hospitalized it and now it's back in the DT. Its doing good now. If you buy from Petco be sure to QUARANTINE !!!!!!! YOU WILL THANK YOUR SELF LATER

I'm with Chris on this one. Never buy from petco. They have no knowledge of their animals and do not take care of their fish. If one fish has ich you can bet the rest of them do. All their fish are on the same system.

Most of the time I would agree with the rest of the peeps, but we have an amazing petco in Minneapolis (minnetonka) in which the guys know their biz. They bring in some quality livestock, and I haven't had any pest issues to date.
