locating a tank

Been looking at getting back into the hobby and need to start with the tank and lights. I was wondering where I can find a 48x30x24 reef tank. I would prefer low iron/starfire on three side and ghost overflow, tank preferably drilled for 2 returns. Any ideas? Also, how would you light it as an SPF dominant tank?

I have looked at the Innovative marine 150 INT. How would you light it?

Last, my local store will give me a deal on a 36x36x27.5 with corner overflow. Thoughts on lighting it.

Do not want halides. Been there done that.
