So I had my sand blown the wrong way as my mp40 was rather high... what is this?

lol picture still is horrible... so much for an iPhone 11 camera lol . Idk man they’re not worms but look like the. Idk they are just flowing in the flow. They aren’t moving their spots just sorta flowing around.
