I've had a long nose butterfly in quarantine for almost three weeks now. Up until yesterday it seem to be eating ok but I've never kept a butterfly before so my experience is low in feeding one. I've been feeding it frozen Marine Cuisine. Is this the wrong food? Is there something better suited for this fish that is common in fish stores?

If he's taking frozen, most smaller foods will do - if chunks are too big, he won't be able to swallow them, but that doesn't mean he won't try to thrash them apart. TJ's right - clams on the half-shell are a big favorite. Get 'em from your local market.

Sometimes they'll try flakes and experiment with pellets, but those probably aren't ideal as a staple diet.
