Tanks 5 months old, I've had the nem got 1 month

It's always best to wait until your tank has been running for a yr or more to add an anemone. Dig a small hollow area & put it in there, do you have any sand or is it all crushed coral. Most of the time they will move until they find the spot they want to stay at. It might not like the amount of flow you had. I had one that moved all over my rocks until he ended up in the back of the tank & now I can't find him. My other one has stayed where I put & is still there. It's about 12-15" across. My tanks been running for a few yrs now. They do sometimes deflate then reinflate after some time.
You also might want to work on lowering your Salinity to 1.025

It looks okay at this point. Make sure the foot is embedded in the sand bed. Mine has mostly good days, but every now and then it just looks bad. Usually looks better the next day. Mine also seems to prefer uplifting flow under a powerhead as opposed to lateral flow.

Provided he is attached, relax, this is not an unusual look, they shrink to expel waste.
Provided he is attached.....Do not touch him.....Ever......he will go where he wants and feels best.
See where he goes over the next 48 hours.
