So I put it in my tank yesterday and it did the same rolling around that my BTA did, so I was figure it was just looking for it's spot. But then it rolled into one of the holes my diamond goby digs under the rocks. It's a pretty deep hole, all that sticks out are the tentacles. It looked ok this morning, it was as opened up as it could be, but now it's not opening up very much and the tentacles are just sitting on the sand.

Can it get out on it's own if it's not happy or do I need to dig a trench in the sand to help it out if it wants to be somewhere else?

I'm far from an expert on this, but I think he will be fine on his own - I've had one for about a year, and they seem to be able to maneuver their bodies in any way imaginable. If they need to get super skinny, or really long, or really short, then they seem to have no problem doing it. If I had mine look like yours does right now, I wouldn't worry about it at all. If you can see all those tentacles, then that means the 'stalk' (?) is able to freely poke out of the rockwork, which means he can make the bottom of him skinny enough to get out if he wants. I think [emoji14]

Anemones are very good because they will move in the tank till they find the best place of lightning, flow.and feeding creatures.
U should not pay much attention and do not bother him

I would leave him be as he is still getting used to the tank.
He may move once he settles down and finds the lighting and flow desired.
He will be able to get out if he wants to relocate.
Trying to get it out would do more damage then good
