Long Tentacle Anemone wont attach..

Hey guys, done some reading on the species and i was pretty confident i could keep one happy. Had it for about a week now and it will not attahc anywhere to anything. Ive tried putting the foot where it would be under a pile of rocks (not smashed, just put it in the hole...) and he didnt like that, tried putting the foot towards a rock to attach, didnt like that, tried a tupperwear with 3-4 inches of sand, didnt like that, left it alone for 4 days to try to let him do his own thing and he still wont attach. I am worried that he will die if he wont attach anywhere. Do you guys have any ideas or tips?

Mine what like that also when I got it I made a hole and slightly was covering the foot with sand the next day the foot was attached to the bottom glass but was not the end of it sadly detached itself and was floating around took about 3 weeks for it to anchor at a spot make sure there is low flow so it doesn't get blown around everywhere also make sure your sand bed is deep this is how it is now

BTW it was bleached when I got it and now getting its full color back

The foot is under the rock..
I have also heard of getting a pvc pipe and putting the anemones foot and burying it in the sand
