I have a 65 gal Red Sea Max 250. I've just pursuit a Long Tentacle Anemone about three days ago. I thought they live in the substrate? My has attached itself to the rock should I be worried?

Also I have two skunk clowns that I got two days before, I can't get together what should I do?

I wouldn't worry about the anemone, they have been known to attach to live rock as well as deep sand beds. Can't give you any advice on the clowns though, maybe someone will chime in on that subject.

Do you mean you cannot get the skunks together or the pair of skunks and the long tentacle? Don't worry about it attaching to rock, but may move.

DeniseAndy,
Sorry that question about the clown fish and the long tentacle was confusing. I'm trying to pair the skunks with the long tentacle.

No problem. Just wanted to make sure to answer the appropriate question. :)

It will take time for the skunks to find and decide to be hosted. They may never decide to like it. They may find it quickly or very slowly. Just give it time (sometimes lots).

As already stated would not worry about the nem on the rock but don't be surprised if you see it in the sand in the next week or so. it will also over turn coral on rocks on the sand bed if it decides it like that rock and want to snuggle up to it.
