Long tentacle anemone

My anemone has worked his way under a rock and worked his tentacles into the rock. Will he be alright? He's deflated and just looks like a red ball.

Without pics I would suggest digging a hole next to a rock and plant his foot in there.

Looked late last night after lights out and he has done an about face and all seems well.
