Long Tentacle Plate Coral

I have a long tentacle plate coral. I was wondering if anyone could tell me why its tentacles have started getting pretty fat and not as long? Also, the ends of the tentacles are occasionally very thin while the rest of the tentacle is fat.

The coral is kept in medium/low light and medium/low flow.
