Long Tentacle Sea Anemone Advise.

Okay I recently purchased a long tentacle Anemone. (Four days ago) There isnt much online advise. I was told just drop him in the tank and let him do his thing by LFS. Is that true? He hasnt attached himself to anything yet nor has he buried his foot into the sand. He has taken small piece of shrimp I gave him and overall health looks good feom what I can tell. Should I be worried or just relax? Again any advise would be appreciated.

Do you have a picture? Yes they should move around to where they are happy. Big things to worry about is a torn foot, bleached out, gaping mouth.
