Long tentacle?

Get him to the sand and let him dig in. He will be happier with foot in the sand. Bright light but not a lot of current.Once he dig in, you can start to fee him with sea food. Get the Frozen Medley Seafood pack at the market, the kind that have no additive it it. Chop them to about pencil eraser size and feed him 1-2 every other or every 3rd day. Don't over feed him. Don't feed him smelly (meaning spoiled) fish food. Spoiled seafood will sicken or kill him.

To get him to dig in, put him in the sand and put some concave smooth small to medium rocks on him. Instead of use a concave rock, you can also dig a small hole on the sand bed and put his column/foot in it and put the smooth rock on it to keep him there. Be careful not to injure him or puncture a hole in his column.

He will attach to the rock and use it as leverage to dig into the sand.

Good luck with him. They, LTA, are beautiful anemones.

Just food for thought: there are wild lta that are almost white with tanish brownish stripes. Yours does look like it could be bleached. A photo under white lights would help- but not all are green or pink.

too much or no lighting can cause to bleach. As well as poor diet. But just wanted to add there ARE very light colored anemones contrary to what most believe.
