Long Tenticle amemone

Yes, it is possible to over do it.

What size tank?
What do you have for flow?

They are sandbed dwelling anemones that are not fans of lots of flow. If the oral disc is being lifted up, that is too much.

I have a 40 gallon tall, a HOb filter, and a Petco King Powerhead. I had put it on a rock and it indeed moved itself to the sand and looks like it's staying put. I have another question. It started hosting a Domino Damsel... And the damsel as soon as it started going in to the amemone, it started getting white spots kind of looking like ich. Is there any harm/scaring done when they first start familiarizing or is it indeed looking like an ich outbreak? I do have other fish in the tank also. Should I start quarantining and medication on the damsel to be on the safe side? I tried catching him today with no luck.
