Long Term Storage of GFO

Anyone know if there's any downside to storing GFO long term? Looking at possibly buying the 5 gallon BRS High Capacity GFO which should last me well over a year. Not sure if this stuff goes bad from long term storage.

It should be fine. If it is a wet kind, keep it damp (that is, don't allow it to dry out).

In any case, seal if off from the air to keep organics from coating it.
