Anyone have any idea on what this long thin worm is (next to what are fairly small zoas)? The entire body seems to be uniformly thin and is mobile on both ends. In white light the worm appears to be white.

Hard to tell from the picture.

Goggle Polychaete Syllidae.

Thanks guys. I realize an exact ID would be difficult given the picture quality, just wanted to be sure it was nothing super harmful.
