Long threads in zoa colony

Had these zoas in my QT for about 2 weeks, noticed these stiff threads extending out from colony. They are translucent dark green. I thought hair algae at first but they are stiff. Video attached

If clado, can I peroxide dip this frag to treat? I dont see it anywhere else in this QT tank.
