Long tip anenome

Hi I have a Long tip anemone and it was huge the first two days I had it now it is attached to the back glass inside out it is not stuck with the base is that normal
This may be a result of too much water flow. Too much flow and they detach and move, too little flow and they deflate or shrivel. Too much light and they hide and too little light and they climb up the tank to get more

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself.
