Long white.. and creepy

Been trying to figure out what the below are in the aquarium. Possibly some time of hydroid? The first picture is without zooming in but its the second picture shows the white stringy things.

It looks like sponge to me. Either way nothing to worry about.

If they are are stiff and snap when bent they are worms, if they are soft and pliable then they are sponge.

+1 tube worms. I had MANY until I reduced available nutrients/food, then almost all disappeared. Seemed that they were harmless.
