Longevity of T5 based on hrs /day

So after watching the BRS video as well as reading a ton about replacement timing for T5s, I haven’t really come to any conclusions. I only run my T5 (ATI Blue Plus) for 5 hrs a day. How often should I replace? The BRS video was based on 8 hrs/day and said no need to replace at 1 year, so how would that translate to 5 hrs/day?

Do the math
8 hrs × 365 days=2920 ÷ 5hrs=
584 days.
Personally I change mine every year running them for 4 hrs(coral+) and 6 hrs(blue+) per day

I would go about 18 months in your case.
