Longfin wrasse white spot on head

Received this guy today from TSM he is eating and swimming just fine. Didn’t notice this spot until a few hours had passed. I am assuming this is a manual injury but was looking for another opinion

It could be an injury. I'd keep an eye on him just in case (any signs of stress, change in eating habits, etc.) I have a midnight dwarf angel who routinely gets faint white spots from (we suspect) colliding with rockwork - as he's an established cave spelunker.
