Those things are awesome. Definitely a favorite with the ladies, as my wife loves them too. Thanks for sharing the photo.

Definitely an interesting fish and sounds like he has a great personality. Thanks for sharing.

Cool fish ..... would love to add one. Do you have him in a fish only or a reef tank?

he is in a fish/reef system he hunts my hermit crabs and eats tube worms but doesnt touch anything else. and loves nori and brine shrimp

Great lookin fish! We had one for 4 years and he was definitely the "puppy" of the tank. Ours loved to spout water over the side of the tank, lol.

is it true if they die it could wipe out your tank , i always liked these but was afraid of killing everything if it died

these can release toxins and wipe out a whole tank if it is stressed harassed by other fish or if it dies but the long horn cowfish is one of the lesser of the poisonous fish. tank size and the fishes size when it dies also has alot to do with amount of toxin it can release. full grown he can get up to 20" in the wild but most captive species dont exceed 16"

he is still a juvinile he is just starting to get his horns. hes only about an inch long
