Hi all,

Does anyone know if forcipiger flavissimus are safe with tuxedo urchins?

Secondly how secure does the rock work need to be to stop an urchin from carrying it or knocking it over? I have some small pieces that are not expoxied or glued so could fall but are not big or heavy enough to damage anything

An unanswered thread is a missed opportunity to learn something and pass on knowledge so.....Bump! and #reefsquad

Biggest thing my urchin has ever carried around was about the size of a quarter. They will definitely bump frags off rocks, but they certainly don't upset rock structures. That being said, I've only just now started gluing frags down, and that's on a tank that doesn't even have an urchin, so you can see it was never much of a concern to me.

If you do not want it to move glue it. buffer fly fish should be fine.
