Longnose Butterfly

Hey everyone,

I own a beautiful longnose butterfly, which is eating healthy frozen mysis and pellets (YAY!) though apparently at the place I got it they were able to get him to eat clams on the half shell, which so far have tried but it does not seem interested in it, any suggestion? (want to try to offer variety of food for health).

Thanks, so far this one loves to come near the glass when I come near and greet me, he eats every time I feed, been feeding twice a day, as I dont want him to starve to death.

If hes eating evrytime you feed, he wont starve to death. You may try frozen worms to vary its diet some more.....

Mine ate mysis, artemia, krill and cyclops. And, unfortunately, my acans....so he went back to the store. Shame, because it was a very interesting fish to watch.
