@Humblefish and @melypr1985 I've got a Hawkfish in QT and after i got him home i found this spot on his fin... at first i thought it was poop, but it's been there for a couple of days now... he's currently bathing in round one of Prazipro, with CP to follow. Thanks

That could be a bit of a mild infection starting, or - for lack of a better word- a blood blister. I think I would take the wait and see approach with this. Give it a few more days and see if it stays the same, gets worse, or gets better. Having a wide spectrum antibiotic on hand will be useful in case you need it.

What are your go-to anti-bacterial meds?

If it's bacterial, you could try Kanaplex or Metroplex. They are generally pretty mild and a good choice to start with. They can be added directly to the water or bound to the food using SeaChem Focus.

Thanks to @Humblefish for this advice!

Is that, either/or, or do you use both at the same time? Thanks for the help, as always!

It depends on the severity of the infection. I'll use kanaplex first, but have furan 2 to add to it if needed and metroplex too to round it all out. You can use all three of these together or separately, though metroplex is better for intestinal worms than as an antibiotic on it's own.

You can use them separately, or combine them for treating severe infections.
