Longnose hawkfish - What’s your experience

Love mine! Holds its own very well against more substantial tank mates but did terrorize a firefish upon addition.

Never had any problems with my longnose but my Falco is an absolute terror and I'd move him if I could catch him. I've always heard that longnose are the most peaceful of the hawks but hawks are capable of being pretty awful.
Saying that I've never seen either one going after any of my shrimp. Its the gobies that my Falco goes after.

Yes...my Falco had a $35.00 snack some months ago dinner was my Cleaner Shrimp.

On my way to pick up 2 LG cleaner shrimp if my long nose even looks at them he will wish he'd jumped out.

Touch wood mines been great since day one. Loves the frozen food, I was for ages doing a daily count up of the shrimps lol

Well the shrimp are in and Pinocchio looked but did not touch hopefully he behaves.

I bought the biggest ones they had hopefully they look scary enough he will stay away
