Pick them up Sunday afternoon should I look like this

Those do not look healthy to me.
Perhaps if the lights are out or just turned on, but you should not see exposed skeleton.

Were they fully open when you got them from wherever you got them from?

Did they look like this when you bought them? Lot of tissue recession; did you dip them? They can come back so put them in ideal water/flow/light conditions, feed a little mysis, coral frenzy, etc. I would also clean up the frag plugs to get rid of any "extra" organisms (tube worms, dusters, vermetid snails, etc.)

One on left in top picture looks normal from what I can tell so your water/flow/light may be fine, btw

Yes looked fine at Los.
This is a new tank. 30 days young.

30 days! That probably your problem. I didn’t put coral in my tank until the 3rd month and some people will tell you that is too soon.

Yes looked sweet at local fish store.
My Duncan is doing great and my other hammer is looking good as well. I also have two baby zoanthids and a green plating montipora all doing well..
Are tube worms ok have in tank?.

Ya I'm a newbie! I now know better. I was setting tank up and learning at the same time...
What's done is done. Hopefully they will Survive!
