Was rearranging my rockwork and found this little bugger crawling out. What is it and are they bad?

I'm guessing bristleworm but want to be sure

It is whether or not it is bad is all up to you, though I think more and more people are leaning towards them being "good guys" just ugly that's all. If you don't mind him, and he's not already dead, they are a great part of a CUC.

That bristleworm has been eating well.

It's a bristleworm, a kind of Polychaete. They are scavengers but some people don't like them. I always leave them be.
