looking for 29 gal tank

I am looking for a 29 gallon tank to make a sump for my 125. i was waiting for the $1 per gallon sale but i missed it and not sure when they will have it again. cant wait to switch it over to salt, right now my wife has FW fish in it but i want to wait till i make the sump before i switch. i already have overflows drilled in the back and led lights should be here next Friday. the live rock (well dead now) is getting a fresh water bath till then. i also have a 24 inch quad t-5 light with 4 moon light led's. not sure what to ask for it. i know t-5s are coming down in price since led lights last longer but have a higher price tag. this would make a great frag tank light or nano tank light. let me know if your interested thanks eric

I would just go to your local Petco.. They usually have 29's for $36. IMO not worth waiting for a 1$ per gallon sale to save 7$.. Once you find one a hook it up you should post some pics!!

Went and checked out 29's at petco. Would have brought one home if they were 36 but they were 60. I will keep checking craigslist and usually find one used for 20, then use the money I saved on more coral.

If we were smart we would all buy an extra tank when they are a buck a gallon..... Just to have around for emergencies like this! Lol
I have been lucky, the last 2 times I needed a tank they were on sale. Same scenario both times: need tank, go to petco, look at all the dead fish in their tanks, bring tank to checkout counter, tell person there about dead fish... They say " really, I cleaned all the dead fish out this morning!" pay for tank and go home lol

I've got a 29 gallon tank in my garage that my neighbor was supposed to pick up but hasn't got around to it yet. Let me check with him to see if he still wants it. If not...it's yours for free. Just come by and pick it up. FYI...this tank was given to me and I've never used it so it needs a good cleaning.
