Im looking for a heater for my 24 gal that can maintain a straight temperature and dosent cost too much, any suggestions?

Hello, me again haha

I'd recommend the 75w Eheim Jager heater, very affordable and long lasting, couple that with a temp controller later on down the line and you will have a very stable heat source for the tank. By itself it is pretty stable too.

I really like Eheim Jager's....they have the thickest glass. However, the one negative is that they are longer than all others....so make sure it fits.

The critical piece of equipment with a heater (any heater) is a controller. All heaters will fail and the dangerous failure is "stuck ON." A controller will save you from a stuck ON. Either use a tank controller, Apex is an example, or get a stand alone temperature controller, like an Inkbird or Ranco.....or if your handy, they are easily assembled as a DIY. A google search will show how to DIY.
