Looking for a friend for a pistol shrimp.

As the title states. I’m going to be getting a pistol shrimp soon and I want some recommendations on a good friend for it that gets along with the rest of the tank.

Current fish are Cromie, 2 clownfish that are bonded, yellow coris wrasse that extremely nosey and a Midas Blenny with a heck of a personality.

tank is a 43 Red Sea 170.

As for who’s the tank boss... honestly no idea. Everyone seems to get along

Do you mean watchman gobies? They'll share a burrow with a pistol shrimp and get along with the other fish just fine.

That's a watchman goby. There are multiple different species.

Any shrimp goby. I like the pinkbars, dracula or hifin, the tangaroa are neat too. I have had all three and the pink are the most brave FME.

Yes, and it would be like pairing clownfish. Get a small hifin and a larger one, and they should form a pair with no problems.
