my po4 is .04 my no3 is .17 my hair algae is growing alot. what should I look at to slow the algae down i have all soft corals such as zoos green star and mushrooms a clown and a purple pseudochromis i have a bta that is doing well and grown over the last 2 years i feed lrf, any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you

First thing to address is light
Is your tank at or near a window ?
Additionally , you can reduce time of or intensity of white lighting.
Pull as much of the algae as you can by hand and add a snails such as:
Turbo grazer
Astrea
Cerith
Nassarius
- even a pin cushion urchin

I agree with the above and add that I'm trying to keep nitrates 5 to 10 and phosphate. 05 to .12 currently. I have very minimal GHA.
