Looking for a refugium light recommendation

I know this gets discussed periodically, but I did a search and didn't see anything very recent. I'm looking for a light that:

1. I can clamp to the side of my 40 gallon sump.
2. has good intensity and spectrum to promote algae growth
3. I can plug in to a receptacle rather then having to wire it myself (this one is not a hard requirement)
4. is cost effective​

Kessil. AI just released a fuge light as well. If you are lighting a smaller fuge section a shop clamp lamp and good PC bulb works well and is cheap.
