Looking for a starter tank (Florida Space Coast)

Have a friend looking to get into the hobby.
A 29 Bio-Cube or regular 29 would be a great starter tank for them.

We are on the Florida Space Coast.

I would dare say for a starter system it might be worth it to check out craigslist or the local flea markets.
I got a 29 gallon I still use as a sump for $20 at a flea market.
