Looking for a worm ID

My GSP hasn't been thriving since I got it a few months ago. After moving to this new tank I had hoped that things would be a little better for them. After not seeing any real changes I decided to investigate further. I found this very small white worm on the GSP and in the surrounding sand. I'm not sure if it was there to begin with, or if it was just something in the live sand that I bought for this new tank. Any help on an ID would be greatly appreciated!

My gsp like a little more flow. Also sine I’ve increased po4 to above 0 my gsp are exploding so are all my lps
