Looking for an easy to use temp calculator for Hydrometer.

I found this temp calculator for Hydrometers but im not sure if im just using it wrong or if it’s broken. Every time I press calculate it dose nothing. If it dose work can someone tell me how to use it correctly . If it doesn't does anyone know of a working one?

(using this calculator to find out what the actual salinity reading of my 80°F waster is using my Tropic Marin hydrometer that is designed to test accurate at 77°F)
