That looks brighter than mine, but it has a similar form. Mine has some yellow striping between branch and tip, and some seafoam blue/green polyp tips and more purple/red coloring at the polyp base and skeletons lower portion

It may be that though, the actinic picture looks closer, but the tidal gardens seems more bushy. Id imagine it may color up as it gets comfortable in the new home

well your frag looks good so far

They are pretty prolific. You will see other small “sprouts” popping up all around the tank soon.

Purple or rainbow poci and it is aggressive as far as growth and it requires good lighting and water flow, so you will most likely be looking for a spot in the upper half of your reef tank. Caution also as it will send out sweeper tentacles to sting anything that grows within about an inch of its structure.
target feeding is not necessary, as pocillopora does not exhibit any real feeding response when given even small foods. Just feed the tank as normal as pocillopora will get the majority of its nutrients directly from the water, or through its photosynthetic symbiotic relationship with zooxanthellae.

If it has verrucae (wart like sceletal structure containing the corallites (=where the polyp is found/retracted into)) it is a Poci, if it doesn't Stylo.

I have it in the top left right now on an old acro skeleton. Really excited but a little nervous about sweepers. Also picked up a leptosera in the same purchase, but have everything spread out fairly well atm. I'll update if I find any more revealing intel to confirm it . Ty for the info!

Looks like it could be a purple stylophora to me... Still a type of pocilopora.

I have it in the top left right now on an old acro skeleton. Really excited but a little nervous about sweepers. Also picked up a leptosera in the same purchase, but have everything spread out fairly well atm. I'll update if I find any more revealing intel to confirm it . Ty for the info!

Yeah leptosera. It's really cool, but I have to move it, I put it in too high of flow and it isn't thriving. It can't hold shrimp or eat so I may put it in the mouth of mushroom cave as a carpet

Its tips are splitting and its adding branches everywhere. Now has 19 (from 12) coralite axialites (sp, i think that's what they are called)

I have mine on the sand bed and it loves it there just had sweepers out so pretty excited it was feeding since I just got it last night.
