imo, every little polyp on the aussi ric yuma has the ability to have all the dna necessary to build another clone of itself. So putting these guys in the blender, would work, as long as you strain the guts/slim etc, from the tentacles/polyps. Considering the fact, it obviously doesn't require a mouth, throat or stomach to survive. The trick is slicing them before they become too infected in order to save itself from rotting away like so many aussi yumas do. Who wants to be the first to ensure a $200 a polyp, 10th plus generation yuma spreading successfully in a community of peoples tanks? it's just unfortunate that I bought so many sick shrooms in the past and now I know what I have to do to save them, but it should be at the whole sale level that these guys are treated. Because one infected shroom can spread the infection among other shrooms within the same display. Just like hign end calices and acans, yumas too should be collected successfully and propagated before they hit retail imo. Not left to die in a customer's tank.
