when I built my frag system I was looking for an ATI 10 bulb Power Mod, I found one on reef central, The add said perfect condition comes with bulbs, I bought it and recieved a Peice of crap, All the reflectors were shot, all 5 fans dead, no bulbs ect. I spent more money getting it back to good working condition and it delayed my build a 4 weeks. All said and done I wish I just bought new, much nicer to open a new item all in tact, then getting surprised. Just make sure you ask the questions

Been there done that too, at least I will know how to fix it if anything goes wrong....
