So I got this frag for $14. It had no name but I thought it was a sun coral so I purchased it. Can someone help me figure out if it is in fact a sun coral? It's black with forest green tentacles. I've had it for 4 days now and I haven't seen it open during the day. I target fed it pellets today and this is what it now looks like. Sorry pictures were taken with my phone.

Thanks in advance

It looks like a black sun coral. They must be hand fed. They get no nourishment from lighting. Search how to feed them. They are classified as a NPS but literature is usually under LPS.

I have a orange sun coral they like very little light med flow yeah they can get use to a feeding schedule but if you feed the tank well they be OK the tenicles come out when the lights go out best under moonlight.

OK I've noticed that once my blues come on it starts opening up. I have been target feeding it. I'm just confused about how much. Some thread I read said once a day, and another thread said 3 times a day, and another said once a week. Today I'll move it to a cave I have does anyone know about how much to feed it?
