Looking for confirmation on Ich.

Also don’t have a qt tank so what can I dose to my main display that won’t kill my corals? If you can add where to purchase it that would be awesome

It does appear to be ich to me.

There isn't really a reef safe alternative for erradicating ich. You can do things in order to help the fish manage it. This may be helpful:
