My aquarium is 48x24x12

I am looking to keep my cost as low as possible which I understand might be an oxymoron in this hobby but i also know there is more then one way to skin a cat...

That being said I would like to make my list and begin purchasing equipment and could use some great advice from fellow reefer who have been succesful keeping zoas and palys in a similar sized aquarium. Right now i would recommendations on an energy efficient and solid return pump. Lighting i am very on the fence... I have great succes with radions, zetlights, sun pod hqi, sundial, and more... Im looking for best coloration and growth. Im leaning towards the ATI hybrid but have read enough reviews...
Lastly flow

Thanks for all your help!

Does your tank happen to be a 60g tall? I had a tank that was roughly that size and I got explosive growth out of some of my zoas under a cheap beamswork LED strip that I ran. It was like $150 at my LFS and it ran like 75 1w Leds. It was also my very first tank and didnt have a sump or anything. Im starting a new tank now and im going with T5. Plug and play with many years of success! Also the Sicce Synchra Silent pumps are great, you might look into those for a return pump.

Another vote for Kessil here, too. :)

Thats it? I thought we would have pages of responses. It is a zoomed low boy...

I've tried one of those 150W cheap China LED fixtures before switching to an ATI Sunpower setup with a 450nm LED strip. Both produced great growth. However, I noticed that under the ATI, the colours appeared to develop better and tended to fluoresce even brighter than they did under the 150W cheap China LED fixtures.

I am on a budget and am doing well with variations of these
My recommendations:
Light - https://www.aquaticlife.com/light-f...ert-series-xs-uv-aquarium-light-fixtures.html
Incredible light for the money and will cover your entire tank.
Pump - https://www.amazon.com/Jebao-Sine-Water-Return-DCP-5000/dp/B01MTVIZSF
Quiet and you can buy 2 so you have a backup.
Circulation - http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/tunze-turbelle-nanostream-6045.html
2 of these are great and the flow can be controlled manually with the slide setting.
